Human and AI jurors heard the same case at BCLP

BCLP invited Leo Yeykelis and Amanda Brown to present Viewpoints.ai’s jury simulation technology at a live mock trial in Seattle. Sixty attendees deliberated and voted while AI jurors reviewed the trial materials and closing arguments.

The human and AI juries agreed on the main verdict-form questions. The discussion then turned to the reasoning behind their decisions, and how an argument’s delivery can shape a juror’s response.
